• Reviewing Spare Parts Data Packages (SPDP) for Oil and Gas, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing Equipment.
• Ensure equipment and spare parts cataloging meet in line with approved standards (API, ASTM, BS, and
JIS
& DIN etc.) and categorize and integrate master product catalogue into User's Parts list of equipment/ plants
and machineries, and Maintenance and Construction Materials list.
• Review materials catalogue to ensure specified templates / format, monitor and control the grouping, encoding and linking related technical documents and drawings in the Company Materials Management System.
• Recommend related Parts and Accessories, which may be required for a job/equipment.
• Cataloging SPDP in SAP-R3/MDM System and Material Cataloging System (MaCS).

Worked as an Accounts clerk at first, I did bank reconciliation, income statement, daily income report, data entry, posting entries, monthly and annual inventory after that they promoted me to branch Accountant of Al Jubail branch.
