• Execute daily accounts receivable tasks such as posting customer invoices, credit memos, and cross charges in the SAP system for specific business lines.
• Analyze AR billed and unbilled aging balances, identifying trends and patterns to improve collections, and handle regular reporting.
• Prepare internal financial reports on accounts receivable for company executives.
• Conduct monthly AR reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and oversee revenue close activities and provisions, aiding in the month-end close process.
• Support continuous improvements in cash collection and DSO performance.

• Contacting and visiting customers for payment of overdue invoices.

✓ Report to the company accountant and liaise closely to deliver accurate and efficient collection services. Also close coordination with collectors, driver, and delivery guy for cash basis orders.
✓ To maintain and build strong relationships and ensuring the smooth running of accounts, field visits to the accounting or financial department of the clients will be done if necessary. This field visit is applicable to both government and the private sector.
✓ Day to day duties mainly focus on ensuring timely payments are made by the clients, reconciling customer accounts, and resolving account queries.
✓ Taking a proactive role in managing debt recovery.
