United Kingdom & Australian Visa application Center Manager

Project Name: World Bridge. (Visa centers all over 15 countries and expanding )
Company Name: CSC (Global IT Services and Business Solutions, delivers on the world's largest,
most complex projects to transform the way governments& companies operate.)

Job Responsibilities:
 Managing the operation of the VAC (visa application center), leading 13 staff members and 12 security guards to offer a professional performance, creating plans to meet targets in performance, security & service levels.

 Responsible for daily follow ups and communication with the Embassy. Also monthly meetings with
the HM consul in the UK and the Australian embassy are required to arrange relations with the post and distribute tasks all over the VAC staff and the embassy staff.

 Follow up (meetings, training & conference calls) with different departments in UK, USA, India &
other Countries to monitor the operation, service levels, accounting, HR, security & development of our company, preparing detailed reports about the Lebanese VAC on a daily, weekly & monthly bases.

on their duties and schedule, follow up for the store display, repairs, Customers care and service,
Items ordering and recommend new items to be imported according to the market needs.

 Purchasing follow up, Moved to Egypt to work in our company there in purchasing and
whole sales development.
