I started as a barista in the star bucks Abdoun brunch, grown up after nine month to become the designated trainer of the star bucks for three months, then I was promoted to become a supervisor, did the role of supervisor for approximately seven months, and promoted to an assistant manager for City mall brunch. Remained as an assistant manager, managed to achieve the best results in the mystery shopper audit, guest satisfaction and profitability of the star bucks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•Communicate daily to the regional operations manager on any critical issues and activities of the star bucks and variances to forecast anticipated.
•Consulting and effective managing changes in operation, policy and procedure with direct reports.
•Improving the service of the restaurant to the optimum level
•Training the star bucks team on service concept, beverage knowledge and all food and beverage related issues in-order to standardize the team and to make them more efficient
•Star bucks achieved the best ( cost percentage, profit contribution percentage)
•Monitoring and managing the sequence of service, the manning levels and the skills and attitudes of all Barista Staff to ensure the smooth running of the operation and the total delight of our guests
•Work with My team to create new ways to excite and engage our guests so they continue to make us their first choice when dining
•Providing ongoing coaching, counseling, guidance and training to colleagues to ensure they can give their very best service to our guests
•Inventory for the entire restaurant on monthly basis
