Maintaining all New Business tasks such as:
— Receiving new applications. Identifying missing items if available, If not proceeding with data entry (submitting application to ESKADENIA insurance system).
— Referring the new application and received signed offer letters to the Underwriting Department for medical evaluation and proceeding with them.
— Preparing BIF (Benefits Illustration Form) for policy issuance.
— Printing policy schedule, welcome letters after policy's issuance by a higher level for applying the quality control process and standards on the earlier mentioned documents.
— Replying on emails and all correspondences between other departments and customers within the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
— Proceeding with cancellation of applications/policies and refunding money to the customer if applicable with coordination with the Finance Department and the customer.
— Receiving and executing all customers requests/amendments on the system as per the agreed processes.
— Daily follow-up with pending cases until closing them by issuing policies or cancelling applications.
— Updating all related logs on department share folder.
— Maintaining daily inquiries from direct sales through Business Assurance department.
