Job duties and responsibilities:

• Participate in upkeeping rooms and different areas at the highest maintenance level, achieving guests’ satisfaction and safety, in the cooperation with the other departments.
• Supervise systems operation (boilers, chillers, HVAC, lighting, pumps, swimming pools, etc.), both on pre-programmed and on-demand basis, including BMS operations.
• Supervise maintenance process and actions, based on different maintenance strategies.
• Monitor and follow up the performance of the maintenance team, and participate in training and process improvement.
• Participate in office work (documentation, online hotel system, etc.)
• Immediate and appropriate response to urgent cases (fire alarms, gas leakage alarms, power outages and major failures).

All responsibilities mentioned above are covered during different shifts, in the role of shift supervisor.

Electrical Engineer at Joint Venture: Saudi Consulting Services(SAUD CONSULT) – DAR AL-OMRAN Infrastructure and Environment

The implementation phase was divided into four projects, three for the infrastructure (passive) in three different geographical areas, and one project for the active part which includes preparing 44 aggregate rooms and IT operation, as well as connecting and operating access sites.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Taking the roles and responsibilities of following up with contractor works for civil, electro-mechanical,
power, cooling, low current and remote site monitoring for aggregation sites based on designs, standards and
contract.
• Follow up with all consultant colleagues to achieve the correct results of civil and survey works, which is the
infrastructure for the primary layer of the network.
• Taking the responsibilities of coordinating with different contractors to ensure the integration of different
projects upon standards and withing and accepted time
• Participating in all routine and non-routine activities, in different technical, financial and contractual fields.

• Participating in the design duties for all aggregate and access sites, based on the international standards and codes to achieve the highest network reliability and availability.
• Participating in the design of fiber optics routes for Rings, access and other different topologies.
• Supervising the design and survey team members and follow up with them in the aim of achieving quality of
work and meeting deadlines.
• On site design and decision making, taking into account the lowest costs and highest reliability of the network.
• Participating in the preparation of specifications documents as a part of the design process, which included the
Electro-mechanical specifications, Civil (Aggregation rooms preparations and route trenches) specifications,
and fiber optic and telecom related equipment (ducts, ODF, cabinets and racks) specifications.
• Preparing design and survey process related reports and documents in the aim of meeting deadlines effectively.
• Taking the role of financial responsibilities (Salaries and petty cash).

lighting and low current systems. Including server room maintenance works.
