Job duties and responsibilities:

• Participate in upkeeping different areas at the highest maintenance level, achieving guests’ satisfaction and safety, in the cooperation with the other departments.

• Supervise systems operation (boilers, chillers, HVAC, lighting, pumps, swimming pools, etc.), both on pre-programmed and on-demand basis, including BMS operations.

• Supervise maintenance process and actions, based on different maintenance strategies.

• Monitor and follow up the performance of the maintenance team, and participate in training and process improvement.

• Participate in office work (documentation, online hotel system, etc.)

• Immediate and appropriate response to "health and safety" and urgent cases (fire alarm/fighting systems, gas leakage, power outages and major failures).

All responsibilities mentioned above are covered during different shifts, in the role of shift supervisor.

The project was in the execution phase in this period of time, which was divided into three infrastructure (passive) tenders in three different geographical areas, plus one tender for the active part which includes preparing 44 aggregate rooms and IT operation, as well as connecting and operating access sites.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Holding the roles and responsibilities of following up with contractor works for civil, electro-mechanical, power, cooling, low current and remote site monitoring for aggregation sites based on designs, standards and contract.

• Follow up with all consultant colleagues to achieve the correct results of civil and survey works, which is the infrastructure for the primary layer of the network.

• Holding the responsibilities of coordinating with different contractors to ensure the integration of different projects upon standards and withing and accepted time

• Participating in all routine and non-routine activities, in different technical, financial and contractual fields.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Participating in the design duties for all aggregate and access sites, based on the international standards and codes to achieve the highest network reliability and availability.

• Participating in the design of fiber optics routes for Rings, access and other different topologies.

• Supervising the design and survey team members and follow up with them in the aim of achieving quality of work and meeting deadlines.

• On site design and decision making, taking into account the lowest costs and highest reliability of the network.

• Participating in the preparation of specifications documents as a part of the design process, which included the Electro-mechanical specifications, Civil (Aggregation rooms preparations and route trenches) specifications, and fiber optic and telecom related equipment (ducts, ODF, cabinets and racks) specifications.

• Preparing design and survey process related reports and documents in the aim of meeting deadlines effectively.

• Taking the role of financial responsibilities (Salaries and petty cash).

Accomplished projects:
• Jordanian Egyptian Fajr for natural gas transmission and supply office building: small power, lighting, fire
alarm, mechanical equipment power, low current and sound systems. Including server room implementation.
• UNICEF head quarter blocks: Full scale replacement and redistribution maintenance works for small power,
lighting and low current systems. Including server room maintenance works.
• Mr. Imseeh villa: small power, lighting, mechanical equipment power, low current and sound systems.
• Sheraton Amman Hotel (Expansion area): small power, lighting, fire alarm, mechanical equipment power,
low current and sound systems.
• Mr. Arar’s Villa: small power, lighting, low current, and mechanical equipment power systems.
• Faculty of Sciences at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University (first fix only): small power, lighting, fire alarm, low
current, sound systems as well as drain and waste water systems.
• King Abdullah I Mosque: Maintenance and expansion works for low current and CCTV systems.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Participate with the infrastructure and implementation team in the design and upgrade of the power, cooling
and electromechanical systems projects in data centers, node sites and both indoor and outdoor terminal sites,
as well as providing feedback about the implemented systems in the aim of reducing maintenance costs and
improving quality.
• Supervise green (solar) energy operation, monitoring and maintenance.
• Monitoring power related faults and alarms, and coordinating the maintenance team with the appropriate
actions.
• On-call coordinator, and team member.
• Operate and performing preventive and corrective maintenance for all types of power and electro-mechanical
systems.
• Prepare related maintenance, survey and inventory reports and documentation.

Many tasks were held in remote areas all around the Kingdom.
Many tasks were held during MDTs and call outs.
