Position: IT Administrator
Responsible for the day to day IT requirements of the company such as user's management,
troubleshooting, help and advise, Maintaining desktop applications, LAN/WAN, IT security and telecommunications.
• Duties include Managing & Supporting a multi-site IT infrastructure of at least 50 users.
• Participate in developing our company's network infrastructure at multiple locations and analysis various systems.
• Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies.
• Maintenance & management of the Critical Windows based Server Environment.
• Managing and configure MS Exchange Server and implementing outlook mailbox to users on computers and smart mobile phone.
• Managing and configure SharePoint and maintain documentation and Security.
• To evaluate, test, advise and support IT related projects.
• Manage the IT budgets and expenditure on hardware and software.
• Development and implementation the IT policies in general.
• Maintain and monitoring network, Security and managing backups in multiple locations.

Responsibility includes supporting users and network administrators over the telephone,
email and Remote supports tools. Ensuring that all hardware, software and system are
