Project manager of VoIP services, from sales and corporate client management, to product set up and maintenance. Key responsibilities:
· End-to-end sales management from lead identification, prospecting and pitching to sales fulfillment
· Corporate customer servicing and relationship management
· Configuration, testing, deployment and implementation of voice network technologies, namely VoIP
· System support including backup (UNIX), DNS, SIP Trunks, Bicom Systems, gloCOM and Virtual Environment
· Generation of regular business analysis and reports covering but not limited to trunk utility, optimization of Firewall and PBX Communication and Asterisk language
Responsible for the planning and implementation of IT business requirements as well as IT operations and support across the company’s branch network (i.e., Lebanon, Jordan, Algeria and Iraq). Key responsibilities:
· Development of IT strategy and departmental business requirements
· Deployment and configuration of main IT solutions such as back-up tools, anti-virus server and VoIP solution
· Provision of IT support across the network including issue resolution
Responsible for the implementation of IT strategy, the administration of critical applications and the provision of IT support across the bank’s 65-branch network. Key responsibilities:
· Oversight of several solutions’ operations such as Moody’s KMV, CCH TeamMate, Omega Forex and Bloomberg
· Management of IT strategy and policy implementation in coordination with the bank’s departments
· Provision of IT support across the network
Responsible for the provision of IT support to the various businesses. Key responsibilities:
· Installation and troubleshooting of VoIP, DSL and wireless broadband services
· Management and resolution of high-importance IT issues
