• Managing and controlling entire payroll function to ensure that all employee obligations are honored accurately and in a timely manner in conformance to organizational policies and accounting practices.
• Registering new recruits and termination in the payroll system with all details including bonuses, absence and other elements to ensure precision and adherence to procedures prior to processing.
• Administering a variety of payroll operations such as leave indemnity, vacation discounts, bonuses, reimbursements and claims; routinely updating the same in respective cost centers across various books of accounts maintained.
• Calculating and processing termination payment as per procedures set by the organization and facilitating timely disbursal of dues in accordance with HR policies of the organization.
• Key person for handling matters pertaining to medical and car insurance- identifying and negotiating contracts with service providers offering terms those are in the best interest of the employees and organization.
• Ensured all requirements pertaining to documentation, people and processes prescribed by various insurance companies are in place and follow the standards and codes at all times.
• Resolving payroll related queries/ issues by researching and interpreting various organizational and accounting policies, streamlining assigned tasks for improvement and standardization of payroll systems and procedures.
• Record employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, termination date and reason for termination.
• Update employee information (Iqama, Passport, Saudi ID Cards, Driving License, etc.) in the System and record the hard copies in the personal files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
