RF Planning & Optimization Engineer and responsible about the following:
-Planning of all BTS as well as BSS related parameters, frequency planning and defining adjacent Neighbors for the new sites.
-Optimizing of the sites till we achieve desired KPI’s as per set standards.
-Studying of various reports generated for the sites as well as logs for any alarms in the site.
-Analysis of drive test files for taking care of External and Internal Interference in the Network, This involves analysis of Rx Level, Rx Quality, re-planning of RF parameters in problematic areas, Such as Co-channel (C/I) and Adjacent channel (C/A) Interference analysis.
-Maintaining Handover & Other parameters for meeting KPI’s.
-Planning for the Dual carrier Distribution for the UMTS system.
-Planning for the channel elements Distribution per NODEB in UMTS system.
-Optimization for all NODEB's that suffers from interference, drop, and congestion issues on CS & PS level.
-Planning For AFP for 2G Network including:
-Frequency Plan.
-NBR Plan & NBR Audit for the whole 2G network.
-Consistency check for the miss match parameters and correct it to the default values.
-Worked on Mentum Planet 5.6 to generate the prediction coverage area for 2G & 3G.
-Follow up and organize all optimization requests such as upgrade/downgrade with BSS Team.
-Follow up with the add new sectors/sites requests after see the prediction/Drive test with this area to achieve the desired target.
-RF sites survey (planning new sites).
-Driving tests.
-Solving customer complains
Graduation Project Title: Entrance Security System using Pic-Microcontroller. Brief Description: Each authorized person – user – has an ID and a password. Each user can choose his own password and can modify it at any time as he is using this system. However, the IDs and their passwords are saved in a data base to check if these data exist.
