Case Management, conduct Interviews with IDPs for primary psycho support.
Prepare best determination for vulnerable conflict affected IDPs

Follow-up with cases who are receiving, or have received, medical treatment through DRC, including conducting regular visits to the Hospitals, based on the cases need or at the direction of the Protection Management.
Refer cases who need protection and psycho support to the concerned.
Follow up Finance and other departments to carry out the payment of medical support cost.
Receive cases and admit them to Hospital, and this might require 24/7 response.
Any other duties as required or assigned by protection management. Ensure that any beneficiary feedback, concerns or issues are addressed through the appropriate mechanisms.
Maintain accurate records regarding program implementation and provide weekly updates to Protection Manager.
Review all files and consult with the designated childrens treatment providers (or potential treatment providers) to determine the appropriate course of action.
Archive files for the office.
Follow up with CBI unit to facilitate the cash process
Communicate with partners and other service providers.
Monitor and evaluate the staff under my unit

Coordinate with protection network in the targeted areas.
Supervise and follow up the protection monitoring team
Refer IDPs at risk to other services like legal services, psychological counseling sessions, health, and follow up cases.

Prepare weekly, monthly and final report on time.
