Manage all production logistics across various shoots ensuring, these are within the allocated budget and timeline.( seasonal campaigns, location shoots, studio shoots, video shoots as well as still life shoots)
Develop proactive formats that can be pitched to mainstream broadcasters for social, linear, and streaming platformsInterpret and respond to briefs with key cultural insights.
Develop treatments that translate ideas to clients and collaborators.
Conceive and pitch inspiring branded film campaigns that translate brand goals into compelling content.
Oversee and work collaboratively to deliver projects from ideation to completion
Coach and mentor more junior members of the team, supporting them in their skillsets to create outstanding promotions.
Create outstanding promotion campaigns that attract audiences and elevate the viewing experience of the Channel.
Act as an ambassador for the Brand Map, ensuring all promotions and creative executions are on brand.
Devise, pitch and execute new ideas for generic image-‐spots, seasonal stunts and On-‐Air Campaigns that celebrate the Channel content in ways that bring the Brand Map to life.
Work with Marketing, Digital and Programming departments to develop unique branded promotions and integrated sponsorship opportunities where applicable.
Alongside the Head of TV, create 360-‐degree campaign concepts adhering to the project requirements and application across on-‐air, off-‐air and digital platforms.
Work alongside the Head of TV and Managing Director to respond to feedback in a constructive and appropriate manner ensuring all changes and amends have been met.
Localise promotional materials where necessary.
Maintain an overview of the promotion production process and advise where necessary on refinements and enhancements for creative effectiveness and cost efficiency.
• Production from inception to air, including creative ideas and concepts, shooting, scriptwriting to final editing and finishing.
• Producing and directing TV shows, News and programs Promos, Image Campaigns and Public Service Announcements.
• Work closely with Marketing Department and News Room.
• Produce social and digital marketing content
• A strong understanding of and appreciation for creative work and the creative process
• Ability to advocate for quality, strategic work that aligns with business goals and deadlines
• Detailed experience and understanding of all aspects of station promotion and TV production including news, sports, and public service
