Job Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting:-
Checking the bills/invoices submitted by local as well as foreign advisors/consultants. Maintaining the record of Golden Hand Shake (GHS) and Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS) of different units sold. Maintaining record of receivables from different privatized units. Preparation of bank reconciliation and Privatization Fund Account on monthly basis. Data Entry in the Computerized Accounting System from receipt and payment vouchers.
Payroll:-
Preparation of monthly payroll for Consultants/Technical Assistants and Contingent Paid Staff working on the strength of Privatization Fund Account.
Miscellaneous Tasks:-
Typing of different letters, memos, preparation of various statements, drafting, using Word and Excel packages in windows environment. Operating photocopier & fax machine. Any other task from time to time assigned by the management.
worked under Agriculture Research council of Pakistan on citrus production, Olive oil production, diseases of different fruits & also on management side in Federal Secretariat Islamabad Pakistan. Expected Completion Year will be 2017.
