 Responsible for carrying out Programmed Preventive Maintenance of all plant facilities to ensure uninterrupted facilities / operations, Supporting Engineering, Technical Services & Operations for facility Maintenance.
 Support in providing technical solutions to engineering problems and issues that may arise in relation to facility management service in order to proactively resolve such problem on sustainable basis and ensure uninterrupted service to customer’s satisfaction.
 Liaise with contractors and tenants for site works and developing the effective relationship.
 Provide direct supervision to others in performing of their Ensuring that all sub-contractor staff used on maintenance services is app roved and competent for the specific tasks. Conduct surprise visit to the site when and where required.
 Improving the technical services for all customers ensuring the efficient operation and maintaining all records of maintenance activities for the
reactive and preventive maintenance. Preparing technical report of assets and recommend actions to be taken.
 Responsible for the cost control of the property operations and maintenance cost as per thresh hold.
 Follow up on actions taken for these works orders, tenant’s complaints and requests.
 Ensure that the work is done in accordance with the policies and standard operating procedures of the company.
 Ensuring that technical tasks assigned to the technicians with all kind of risk assessments.
 Ensuring that all the technical and monthly reports, files and records are complies accurately and promptly and submitted to the client as required.

Refurbishment Projects

 Site Inspection, Study drawings, Preparation of quotations, Technical Specifications, BOQ, Project requirements and Subcontract Agreement.
 Completing all assigned tasks as delegated by the manager.
 Preparation of follow-up on project control inputs
viz., submittals, schedule update, progress report.
 Ensuring QHSE procedures being followed and reporting any incident in accordance with QHSE polices.
 Work with Administrator & Foreman to ensure that delivers are expedited and co-ordinated.
 Managing and ensuring timely completion of work.
