*Provides medication therapy management (MTM), comprehensive medication review (CMR), patient education, monitoring, physician consultations, patient compliance consultation, and targeted intervention program (TIP).
*Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including budgeting, achievement of business objectives, and minimizing wait time.
*Promotes pharmacy services and immunization of all types, including travel medicine to existing and new pharmacy customers.
*Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, ensuring customers are provided World Class Customer Service through use of best practices and prompt communication with physicians.

*Ensuring all corporate and local regulations and procedures are met and complied
with.

*Supervise the activities of assigned sales territories to meet and exceed yearly sub team goal.
*Assist pharmacists and sales representatives in developing long term and daily territory plans that optimize time and resources.
*Identify training and/or coaching needs and plan necessary steps to achieve desired results.
*Ensure that all Inside Pharmacists and Sales Representatives achieve the required level of product knowledge necessary to promote assigned titles.
*Interpret and analyze staff data to forecast and enhance all staff productivity.
*Create and foster a motivational work environment, which encourages professional development, team collaboration and high performance.
*Complete all required reports regarding sales and sales campaigns, market feedback and team territory management activities.
*Manage assigned team expense budget.
*Cover open territories by making sales calls to generate new business or to close pending business, solicit market feedback and manuscript leads.
*Complete staff assessment and performance appraisal documents.
*Responsible for management of account assignment activities, including adjustments, dispute resolution and account investigation.
*Train and supervise interns and temporary staff as applicable.
*Perform additional tasks as assigned by team management.

*Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.
*Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector.
*Organising conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
*Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.
*Managing budgets (for catering, outside speakers, conferences, hospitality, etc.);
*Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. (This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager).
*Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations.
*Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector;
*Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
