Royal Commission Project (097-C76R) - Jubail university campus, Jubail.
Scope: Total cooling capacity of 2100 TR which includes Air handling units-63, Fan coil units-92, DDC panels-72, Indore pool dehumidification units-02, Supply & Exhaust fans-98, VAV units-249, Domestic water & Drainage system, Fire protection system, RTR underground piping.
Saudi Aramco Project (BI-10-00610) - Operation & maintenance engg building, Rabigh.
Scope: Total cooling capacity of 110 TR which includes Packaged air conditioning units-03, Precision air conditioning units-02, DDC Panel-01, VAV units-14, Exhaust fans-09, Domestic water & Drainage system, Fire protection system, RTR underground piping.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of inspection test plan and quality inspection testing procedures.
- Preparation of technical queries to get clarification from the client.
- Verification of bill of quantity and preparation of material technical submittal for client approval.
- Inspection of materials at the time of site delivery and its storage as per client Stds.
- Inspection of installations & tests as per respective client stds and as per manufacture’s procedure.
- Preparation of internal non-conformance report if any deviation found from the standards.
- Inspection of equipment start-up & commissioning as per client and vendor procedures.
- Review of red line drawing as per the site variation and updation in As built drawing.
- Preparation of final quantity submittal for pay item along with approved RFI documents.
- Ensuring final name tags for equipments, ducting and piping inline items.
- Handing over of final QC & technical documents to client.
Project i: Malabar cancer centre hospital, Kerala, India.
Project ii: Co-operative hospital, Kerala, India.
Responsibilities:
- Study of sales hand over report, drawings, project spec and clarification of issues with client.
- Quantity take off of each item and proceeding with price comparison and purchase order.
- Achieving project schedule by effective management of material & labour resources.
- Rectification of site issues by coordinating with civil and electrical departments.
- Preparing variation of works and onward submission for client approval.
- Report to the management on the progress and profitability of the project.
- Machine commissioning, duct leak test, air balancing test and project handing over.
Project i: CO2 capture & injection facility between HNRP and UGOSP, Saudi Arabia.
Project ii: Jubail exporting refinery - Benzene unit, Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Identification of stress critical lines & packages from P&ID and line list.
- Modelling and static analysis of critical piping systems connected to pumps, heat
exchangers, reboilers, columns, air fin coolers and compressors using CAESAR-II.
- Modelling and static analysis of expansion loop in header lines at pipe rack.
- Releasing rack & structural loadings to civil & structural departments.
- Preparation of spring data sheet and special support sketches.
- Conversant with Saudi Aramco, ASME B 31.3 standards etc.
Project: High density poly ethylene plant, Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Modelling and static analysis of critical piping systems connected to pumps, heat
exchangers, reboilers and columns using CAESAR-II.
- Releasing structural loadings to civil & structural Departments.
Project: Jamnagar exporting refinery, Gujarat, India.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of bill of quantity of materials as per construction drawings.
- Assurance of material delivery as per the project schedule.
Project: Pharmaceutical plant, Mumbai, India.
Responsibilities:
- Erection of piping & inline components as per piping construction isometrics.
- Hydro testing & execution of piping systems connected with different equipments.
- Ensuring quality and schedule of labour work on daily report basis.
