Responsibilities included determining project and system requirements, defining project scope, managing project resources and assigning project tasks, managing project risks, providing direction on assignments and priorities to the project team, and meeting with clients and senior management to discuss issues and present solutions ($2 million).
• Managed a team of multiple technical analysts, enterprise architects and business analysts to perform a technical assessment of the Premium and Practitioner System (PPS) at the PBGC. This system comprises of Oracle Financials and other COTs products. Task involved coordinating and leading brainstorming approaches to perform a technical review of PPS, establishing project schedule and key milestones, and forging relationships with key PPS stakeholders.
