Accounts Payable: Responsible for supporting the accounting operations of the business by processing merchandise invoices, making payments and resolving queries. Processing invoices from various location for payment. Contacting banks regarding any financial queries. Processing high volume invoices, handling telephone inquiries relating to accounts payable issues Handling trade finance region i.e. Bank Guarantee and Letter of Credit. MIS Reporting, Preparing Cash flow statement. Ageing Analysis of Debtor and creditor Co-coordinating with auditors in relation to finalization of accounts. Meeting all timely payments related to GST TDS and various other government tax payments
