Working as Site and Design Office coordinator by resolving all Site and its associated issues of Design With Lecisoining with Client, Site team and Design Team .Preparing and presenting daily site progress report along with monthly progress reports.
Ensures that the level of performance is in accordance with the Contract specifications, that the costs fall within the estimate limits, and that the execution time of the project phases progress as set down in the contract.
Visiting Site as when required for assisting Site team for progress of work .
WORKING AS FULL TIME CONSULTING SENIOR ENGINEER
• Executed MV, LV switchgear base channel installation, panel installation, Alignment, Torque checking, commissioning and testing of panels. Transformers, Auto Change over System panels. Auto Bus Transfer system panels, Incoming VCB, Bus Tie, MCC feeders and GUTOR UPS system 220v Battery chargers, 24v DC-DC Converters, Invertors, 2SLA 500, 2SLA 405 Battery bank etc..
• Review of Project Scope of work, Technical Specifications, Design
drawings, P&ID, SLD, control schematics, Approval of method statements, inspection & test plans, AFC drawings, cable schedules, FDC (Field design changes) MAR (Material Approval request), MRR (Material receiving request) and supervision and monitoring of site Construction and execution activities with approvals of RFI’s in adherence to standards and specifications and issue punch list items, Raising of NCR’s
• (Non conformance reports) and approve PCA’s and close out of punch points and NCR’s on successful completion of activities, review and approval .
• Monitoring of electrical work progress and involve in electrical co-ordination meetings, Interface meetings, commissioning meetings resolve issues of potential deviations, Manpower, Materials, Erections, tastings and advise on Technical practices at Site
• Design Review of P&ID, electrical & instrument drawings preparation of method statements, Inspection & Test plan, TQ’s, MTO, and Construction planning and execution with RFI’s & approvals. in adherence to project quality plans, standards and safety permit procedures, Planning and allocations of Manpower hours, Budget . Resources and equipments relevant to hazardous and classified areas.
• Erection of Low voltage control panels, generator control panels, MCC MDB etc.MV.switch gear panels. Executed MV, LV switchgear base channel installation, panel installation, Alignment, Torque checking, commissioning and testing of panels. Transformers, Auto Change over System panels. • Responsible for installation of MarkVI.
• 13.8 KV Switch gear, 480 V Switch gear.
• Erection of Isolated Phase Bus Duct and Segregated Phase Bus Duct.
• Generator Circuit Breaker and Generator Servicing unit (GSU 110MVA).
• Backup Transformer including 4.16 KV Switch gear.
• Construction and Supervision of Cable Trays, Ladders, Conduits GT area.
• Erection of Station Auxiliary Transformers and Unit Auxiliary Transformers.
• GT area Earthing System, Lighting System.
• Indoor, outdoor and Security Lighting Systems.
• Supervision of UPS and DCS System for Main Generator Turbine area.
