- Forecast costs and dates.

- Participate in bid reviews.

- Provide scheduling, cost control and Project Management training & mentoring (Primavera, ERP Systems, etc.)
- Project Control Specialist from February 2.010 to October 2.011 (promoted to Project Control Manager)
- Earned Value Management implementation in the region.
- Significant contribution in terms of driving productivity initiatives through schedule and resource analysis.
- Successful recruitment, training and mentoring of 2 Project Control Specialists.
- More than 50 people trained in Primavera and cost control techniques.
