Key Responsibilities:
o Design: Design of foundation, superstructures as per requirement and suitability.
o Constrution: Planning, scheduling, costing and budgeting of the projects. Site Supervision and providing full management consultancy of the projecs.
o Major Design Projects:
Design of two storied industrial steel building for Oshin spinning (each floor area = 55, 000 sft).
Design of three storied industrial steel building including a mezzanine floor for Perseus ltd (each floor area = 1, 00, 000 sft) (dying factory)
Design of 12 storied industrial RC building for Riviera Composite ltd (each floor area = 31, 500 sft) (garments).
Design of 6 storied industrial RC building for Habitus fashion (garments).
Design of 10 storied residential RC building for Bhaiya properties ltd.
Design of 15 storied residential RC building for Bhaiya properties ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
o Checking Design: Checking of the design submitted by consultant for viability, suitability and sustainibility of construction and even for adequacy of the structure. Also coordinating the structural drawings with MEP and Architechtural drawings. Raising RFI (request for information) to consultant for any conflict, information lagging, doubt in design etc.
o Submission of Proposal: submitting proposal as well as design calculation and method of statement if any confilcts occur in the site.
o Checking & Preparing Shop drawings: checking of the shop drawings of reinforcement as well as bar bending schedule. steel structure and general arragement submitted by sub contractor.
o Co-ordination with consultant: Co-ordinating with consultant for approval of drawings, RFI or any other type of technical submission.
o Site Supervision: Supervision of site during execution of the works to minimize the conflicts between drawing and site. Also forecasting of deliverable for smooth execution and operation of the site works.
I have completed B.Sc. in civil engineering with CGPA 3.18 in the scale of 4.0. My major subject was structural engineering. Total completet credit = 171.
