*Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
*Timely attending client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
*Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
*Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
*Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
*Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
*Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
*Directs and Monitors all Operational and Financial activities under projects from conceptualization to Handover.
*Responsible for Requirement Gathering meetings, stakeholder management, projects planning, resource identification, coordination & financial control of a project in accordance with contractual requirements and company processes.
*Building Robust resource capacity plan for project delivery team and load balance across other internal resources.
*Maintain oversight on core KPIs for the team (cost, timeline and quality of project deliverables)
*Creating Risk Register by analyzing technical, contractual, financial and other project related data at the beginning of the project, assigning owner for risk, review on daily basis with risk owner and mitigate the risk on time.
*Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
*Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, significant issue management and resolution, communication with business lines and technology management.
*Responsible to kickoff multiple DWDM/MPLS/SDH/DVM/DXC/Tele-Protection PSE/Protection Relay/Security System (HCIS)/DC Power system/PABX/RFTS scope projects.
*Responsible for Requirement Gathering meetings, stakeholder management, projects planning, and accordingly following up with design team for submittals to customer approvals.
*Responsible to issue RFM’s for Material /Services and follow up with procurement for delivery.
*Responsible for assigning team, monitoring and controlling onsite Installation, Pre-Inspection, End User Witness inspection and punch list clearance.
*Responsible for assigning team, monitoring and controlling onsite Testing, Commissioning and Integration with End User Witness.

*Design, Plan and Execution of Alcatel SDH/PDH1353 & 1354 NM, RM centralized NMS for central and eastern region of SEC communication network.
*Design, Plan and Execution of End-to-End communication channel between substation to NMS in control center through Fiber Optic Network.
*Testing and Commissioning of Alcatel 1660 SDH, 1511 PDH, 1515CXC for SEC communication network.
*Coordinating and Planning activities with vendors for GPS & SSU installation, commissioning under SEC network.
*Installation supervision for Cisco DWDM OSN 15454 throughout Mobily Network.
*Installation, Testing and Commissioning of NEC UNODE (DWDM), and NEC-C Node on STM-1, STM-4 and STM-16 level etc.
*Testing & Commissioning of Fiber Optic Cable for National Long-Distance Project, covering around 800KMS
