Electrical Supervisor.
•Currently working with Ma’aden Phosphate Company as a Electrical Supervisor. Ma’aden Phosphate Company (MPC) is developing one of the largest DAP and Ammonia production manufacturing company.
Functional Responsibilities
•Plan and Organize Electrical department in DAP plant.
•Supervise Maintenance and troubleshooting jobs of 480V/4.16KV/34.5KV switchgears including VCB, ACB, SF6, GIS. HV/LV Motors, Power Transformers, Emergency diesel generator, MOV’s, Batteries and Battery charger, UPS system and relay testing etc..
•Preparation SOP and technical documents for all electrical Jobs.
•Prepare preventive/predictive/turn-around maintenance plan and make ensure that jobs will execute on time.
•Annually planning for Budget for routing jobs as well as capital jobs. I am the accountable for the budget calculation and its proper planning.
•Ensuring sufficient level of maintenance spares, consumables, to perform uninterrupted plant maintenance work.
•Supervise Weekly basis PM schedule for MV/LV Switchgears, MV/LV Motors PM plus lubrication, UPS and DCU Systems, Power Transformer PM, EDG trials, Etc..
IF found any deviation same will be rectify as early as possible.
•Well experienced with Oil filtration process of Transformers.
•Annually planning and performing for measure plant shutdown, including, MV/LV Switchgear Busbar checking, MV/LV Motor terminal box checking, Auto Manual changeover of Busbar checking, MCC side critical feeders checking, Transformer
•Supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the Electrical group.
•Receives work orders for electrical, technical support or workshop assistance from operation and field maintenance personnel via Maintenance Planner and minor project from supervisor.
•Liaises with Maintenance Planner to coordinate materials and scheduling
•Provides technical advice and guidance to originator, assign jobs, instructions and time scale to subordinate technicians.
•Follow up on material and equipment technical issues, approved material requisition.
•Organize and facilitate workshop and field electrical and instrument maintenance work and resolves any problem
•Monitor and spot check workshop testing, overhaul, repair and reconditioning of electrical and electronic equipment, inspect activities, check proper use of all types of equipment and provide technical instruction as needed.
•Supervises the testing of new parts and equipment to ensure that “hot spares” are available.
•Prepare a monthly report highlighting major jobs and planned on a daily basis.
•Ensure and checks that all safety, loss prevention procedure and good housekeeping practices are applied.
•Perform regular maintenance task and tracking errors use a graph method.
•Coordinate, planning, collect packages, physical inspection for pre-commissioning tests in collaboration with Saudi Electricity Company and annual maintenance/repair of the equipment
•Check circuit breakers, switch gear and motors test/follow ups.
•Prepare a detailed report of inspection and follow up of below mentioned equipment weekly and monthly basis, to coordinate/distribute and organize the daily work for electrician and submit their completion report to the ARAMCO.

•Witnessed the on-going testing and pre-commissioning activities conducted by the MITSUBISHI Japan (MHI) which includes:
Circuit Breakers Testing, Switch Gear Testing (13.8kV), Motor Testing, MCC Testing, Power Cable Testing, Power Transformer, etc…
