Supervise fourteen member team and report to Program Director of Ministry of Housing Project while managing the finances for one of the biggest housing projects under one umbrella (108, 000 housing units at 15 different project sites) which is also Parsons’ biggest Project.
Achievements
•Achieved the Business Plan results for the years 2013 - 2017 by implementing better controls and collaborating with respective PMs and other stakeholders for Parsons
•Developed the management accounting and cost control system for a new 'Mega' program in a high pressure and volatile environment for Parsons
•Developed finance team at program level while training and coaching eleven cost accountants/engineers during tenure with Saudi Arabian Parsons Limited.
•Successful completion of 23 projects within budget (setup to completion) of SAR 1.6 billion (USD 426 million)
Responsibilities
•Supervising preparation of project budgets and ensure projects are executed within budgetary constraints

Achievements
• Negotiated over $77 million in financing from numerous local and international banks under difficult economic conditions. At the same time created the interest savings by better negotiations.
• Led finance team and completed Global Oracle Financial Instance (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, Project costing) implementation with KPMG in record-setting six-month time period
• Composed Company’s Policies & Procedures as head of BPM team and implemented successfully
• Recruited credentialed financial professionals to join a team which grew from three members to thirteen members under my leadership.

•Projections for TFC rating from PACRA and Potential Investors this help the Pak Elektron Limited to achieve the strategic goals
