- Sales meeting with company's existing clients.
-Find new potential customer in the market & offer them Sea freight/Air Freight & land transportation,
-Prepare quotations after costing.
- Regular sales visit in Abu Dhabi, & weekly visit in Dubai & Sharjah
- Send inquiry to shipping lines to get best rates for FCL & LCL .
- Meeting with Shipping lines representative also.
- Make Calls & booking with co-loader.
- Get Online quotes, use Abu dhabi & dubai customs website for custom declaration.
- Use Etihad/emirates cargo website for online Air cargo booking.
- Sea freight booking of 40' & 20' feet.
- Meet with various industrial, Oil & gas & precast & other steel companies to offer them 40' trailer.
• Prepare journal entries, complete general ledger operations, monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Follow up Invoices A/R & A/P Supplier & payments.
• Prepare cash book staff salary & monthly income statement in excel sheet.
• Prepare weekly & monthly report of Job in process sheet, A/R & A/P on Tally Erp software.
• To source the best supplier/vendor for any particular product as inquired by our clients ADCO, GASCO, ZADCO, ESNAAD, ADOC, BUNDUQ, NDC.
• Prepare quotations, using cost estimation & budgeting in excel sheet.
• Prepare and send LPO's, & make payments to local as well as international suppliers via chq's, cash, pdc's, WU, Credit & debit card, & Telex transfer
• Fortnight visit or phone calls for requesting of inquiries from our clients ADCO, GASCO, ZADCO, ESNAAD, MBM, EMCO, EMDAD, ADOC, BUNDUQ, NDC.
• New registration & pre-qualification in oil field companies, . Recent achievements are ADNOC Ariba 2017, NDC, ESNAAD, Lindenberg, new registration, NPCC registration under process & GASCO existing profile renewal.
• Collect & booked material from all over the world via myTNT portal. Like Air freight, Sea freight, Road freight.
• Releasing Material from Dubai Customs, Sheikh khalifa port, Abu Dhabi ports.
• Have 3 years’ experience of supplying Timber slats to ADCO, check size, wood quality, & quantity & arrange terms of delivery.
My major sourcing (search of local as well as international supplier/vendors) & supply of successful deliveries on reoccurring order basis.
o 3 years supply agreement of Malaysian Hard wood Timber Salts, to ADCO
o Gaskets, Nuts bolts, washers. Fasteners,
o Power tools, general hardware, sanitary, general cleaning chemicals & tools & cotton rags items.

o AC, HVAC, Packard Units spare parts, compressor oil. Copper Tubes, portable coolers & fans.
o Porta Cabins, Building material i.e cement, white cement etc

o Measuring Electro-mechanical Instruments, & pressure gauges.
o Diesel Generators, lifting equipment, Crosby chains, harness, wire rope & slings & spare parts.

Prepare journal entries, complete general ledger operations, monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts, draw up monthly financial reports, & prepare analysis of accounts as requested
Assist with yearend closings, Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist with payroll administration
monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences, account/bank reconciliations
assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
Preparation of stock record in company's quick book business software.
Preparation daily in/out material sheet & cc to Sales/purchase/accounts & General manager.
Preparation of Delivery note & regular checkup material i.e LG shampoo, at quantity & quality level.
Coordinate with accountant to follow up the pending invoices
Preparation of cash and expenditure Account on daily basis.
Preparation of staff payroll.
Banks dealing, Account receivable follow up.
Inbound customer service agent.
