Keep Novatex REACH ready by continually upgrading its REACH declaration, keeping in touch with OR's (Only representatives) and maintaining constant connection with upstream REACH registrant for PTA BPCM.

Ensuring all Gatronova PET grades comply with Substances of Very High Concern List published by European Chemical Agency periodically.

Provide Material Safety Data sheets (REACH Ready MSDS) of all Gatronova PET grades to all its customers.

Provide MSDS for all chemicals used or stored at Novatex Limited by either process department, Quality lab or other

Look for alternate raw material suppliers for PET production. Initiate contact and setup meetings.

Provide complete evaluation of any alternate raw material supplier by acquiring and testing their raw material.

Study and analyze BoPET films produced by various competitors or used by customers in order to replicate them at BoPET Plant.

Negotiate specifications with customers either directly or indirectly through marketing by giving counter specification if none of the Gatronova PET grades match the requirements.

Develop contacts and create links for new PET developments and stay on top of any future regulations or technologies coming up that could influence Novatex or the group.

Ensure Gatronova PET all grades comply with current FDA and EU regulations with their amendments along with non EU and individual European regulations that applies to articles coming in contact with foodstuff.

Provide declarations to customers about Gatronova PET compliance to various international regulations and keeping it updated since most regulations are constantly changing and evolving.

Analyze all data produced by quality lab in case there are anomalies and create assessment reports diagnosing the root cause.

When process plants such as Polycon or SSP faces problems and there are issues in product specifications not meeting set standards, then collect samples, take readings from DCS to diagnose the problem and provide solutions.

Work on development novel PET grades such as Sb-free PET, PETG, CDPET, etc by studying articles, reading scientific papers, contacting technical professionals, academia, and industry professionals.

Coordinate with QL for any special testing and advice/educate them on the method, testing techniques, analysis and reporting.

Answer all technical queries raised internally within the group regarding PET or polymers in general.

Provide storage solution of various chemicals at Gatron and Novatex Terminals at Kemari seaport.

Coordinate between Novatex and Krystalite Products Limited to ensure Krystalite Products gets appropriate resin based on their end use application.

Provide any technical assistance Krystalite Products need, such as temperature profiling of their machines, drying parameters, dosing rates for additives etc

Contact with suppliers of various masterbatches and additives for developing new type of products at Krystalite or modify their existing ones.

Get sheets produced by Krystalite tested either at Novatex or by third party labs.

Run trials and Krystalite for new products such as slip additives, new colorants etc and create assessment reports based on the findings and relay back the information to the supplier.

Conduct analysis on competitor resin, products taken from markets or articles produced by potential customer and create reports on the identification and possibility for Novatex/Krystalite to replicate them.

Provide all technical support for specifications and analysis of Gatronova PET film grade resin for to BoPET plant.

Establish contacts with additives/masterbatch suppliers for Krystopac, setup meetings and develop ways to create more diverse type of films.
