Building Frame relay networks, ATM networks & Leased Line Networks, and build router configuration for frame relay, Leased Line & ATM services (Cisco, 3COM, ..)and troubleshoot connection problems
Configure Corporate Data Connections to connect between Headquarter and branches
Configure IP telephony to connect Customers to our Cisco Unified Call Manager
Configure Cisco Gateways/Routers (IP to IP gateways), Cisco Switches, VLANs, DHCP server, NAT(static and dynamic)
Configure Residential Internet connections including various kinds of Residential ADSL Wireless Routers and USB modems
Update & maintain the allocation of IP Addresses for Corporate connections.
Post-Implementation
Modify & delete Corporate Internet & WAN connections
Set up & maintain monitoring & Traffic Analysis systems for corporate connections
Troubleshoot corporate connectivity problems
Troubleshoot & monitor FastTelco’s core equipments and links to our upstream provider
Provision of router & traffic analysis passwords and email set-up details to customers on request

Central point of contact for all customer requirements
Providing First level support for ISDN (Ericson Switches), E1, IP Telephony, WIMAX networks
Providing first level support for emailing issues, domain, POP3, SMTP, MX records, nslookup and all DNS issues
Providing support for field engineers & technicians during their site visits or new installation
Central source of intimation to customers of scheduled maintenance, service disruptions and problems noticed as originating from customer networks(viruses, worms)
• Worked in 2G & 3G swap for Huawei (Viva) which included finding solutions for sites problems.
