Being a head of finance department, I am managing 40+ staff working under me
Major Responsibilities include:
• Active Member of Business Review Committee, Planning Committee, Budget Committee and Capex committee.
• Review and analysis of financial statements for presentation to management.
• Financial and Strategic planning/forecasting of different departments of Hospital and projects for short/long term period(s).
• Monitoring and ensure collection and disbursement of the Company funds are within budget.
• Provide timely and accurate financial information and commentary to top management on monthly basis, to ensure good stewardship and corporate governance.
• Analyze cash flow statement on monthly basis
• Overall supervision of payroll of 800+ employees of Hospital.
• Performs statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in the various financial systems.
Supervision of Finance and accounts department of all branches of the company all over the kingdom
To manage all accounts and finance related issue of Micro Finance Division including coordination with all fund providers and reporting to major stake holders.
I have gained extensive experience in the field of accounting, finance, tax, corporate laws etc.
