- Oversee the reservation system to handle bookings and walk-ins efficiently. Communicate wait times during busy periods.
- Offer personalized recommendations on menu items, specials, and unique dishes based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
- Ensure all guests receive consistent, high-quality service.
- Ensure the restaurant, dining areas, and bar are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, provide information on reservations, menu options, and general inquiries.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with planning and coordinating any special events, parties, or private dining experiences.
- Manage seating arrangements for large parties and ensure proper coordination with waitstaff and kitchen teams.
