• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Provide monthly financial reports for management & external audit including analysis and comments on business performance within deadline (software & excel)
• Lead in working capital management including banks, cash and payable
• Prepare commercial tax and corporate income tax filings for IRD
• Monitor of financial transactions according to company policies & regulations
• Liaise with IRD and external audit to assist for tax matters and audit process
• Support in budgetary control, financial forecasting, tax planning and financing strategy
• Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks with deadlines
• Check AP, AR & ageing reports
• Check cash & bank transactions
• Manage payroll and taxes
• Organize and update financial records; monitor all bookkeeping
• Analyze accounts and suggest improvements to reduce costs and increase profits
• Undertake other ad hoc duties assigned by management and CFO
