Nature of work:
SECRETARIAL/ADMINISTRATION
• Assisting day-to-day executive & administrational works of the Assistant Plant Manager & the Administrator.
• Analyzing customer requirements and preparation of Sales Orders.
• Preparation of technical specification for all kinds of manufacturing products, in consultation with Plant Manager, Production Engineer and Mechanical Draughtsman (for Design and Drawings).
• Preparation of international & local tenders.
• Arranging centralized filing system of all outgoing and incoming documents/correspondence and maintaining register for the same (Faxes, mails etc.)
• Primary interface with management, customers and field personnel for product development.
ACCOUNTING
• Doing all Accounts related jobs on new Accounting Package JD Edwards (Workshop accounts system, Inventory Management system and Sales order management system)
• Preparing pre-cost analysis of new products in co-operation with Engineers/ Plant Manager for sending quotations etc.
• All works related to Inventory Management System like periodic checking of stock status, preparation of Receipt vouchers, Preparation of purchase orders, creating new part numbers for the items as per the item category, description and unit of measurement.
• Preparation of Sales invoices for external and internal customers, preparation of monthly and annual sales reports.
DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
• Making presentations for the display of company products and awareness programs for the employees with the help of Plant Manager, Production Engineer and Mechanical Draughtsman (for Design and Drawings).
• Enter Job Card Materials in to the system (JDE) for invoice making.
•. GENERAL
• Ability to decision making, job task planning and organizing, finding information, continuous learning.
• Calculating employees time sheet, Preparation of payroll statements, making employees time card etc.
• Awareness of all the administrational activities and office automation.
