• Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
• Train, assist and evaluate listing team personnel.
• Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific duties.
• Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand targeted markets, and promote business.
• Monitor & report the team’s performance to ensure that goals are met.
• Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, payments, or personnel.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports for higher management.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in telesales, sales & listing for all the properties the company manages.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities, such as property open houses & social media campaigns.
• Keep records pertaining to purchases, sales, and lease.
• Prepare sales/ lease agreements ( e.g. Memorandum Of Understanding, Tenancy contract & Offer letters)
• Selling/Renting properties to all the potential customers (Buyers/ Tenants), i.e. broker-ship, via communication and negotiation skills.
• Math acumen applied to calculate down payments and interest rates, as well as compare mortgage plans for the customer.
• Knowledge of real estate laws/property market and their application.

Core Responsibilities:
• Handling client inquiries on properties in Abu Dhabi and providing consultancy via all channels, i.e. Telephone, face to face contact and all kinds of electronic media.
• Describing the property market price & trends to the customers, i.e. property consultancy.
• Persuade customers to list the property with the company and sell/rent through the same.
• Product marketing via B2B & B2C channels & online.
• Gather and document all necessary information about the properties the client holds
• Showing, evaluating & proposing properties for sale & rent.
• Price negotiations for all the properties listed under company’s name.
• Discovering & achieving property listings for the company to sell or rent.
• Advertising the properties through the right channels and arranging all the materials necessary for the advertisement section. For eg. www.propertyfinder.ae, www.bayut.com & www.justrentals.com etc. in UAE market.
• Using, applying & training on the CRM software for eg. Masterkey & Propspace.
• Liaison directly with the marketing department for all kinds of marketing related to properties.
• Liaison with all the mortgage representatives of major banks in the UAE, whether conventional or local Islamic finance systems.
• Building company portfolio through gathering new clients(i.e. sellers & landlords)
• Selling/Renting properties to all the potential customers (Buyers/ Tenants), i.e. broker-ship.
• Coordinating & maintaining good relations with Cluttons Team & other agencies as well.
• Training new individuals on UAE sales market & property laws.
