In this position I am responsible for the overall running of the company’s business center profitably, while driving sales and operations. Moreover, I am focused on generating new sales, whilst growing and retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service. I am managing the operations and Profit & Loss wherein I am responsible for; profitability, performance and the success through P&L management.
Job Outline:
• The incumbent’s prime responsibility is to ensure that Saudi Lucy meets the agreed budget targets for sales growth in the defined region.
Duties and responsibilities
• Providing business and operational leadership to the sales team and associated support functions.
• Manage directly strategic accounts and build a strong relationship ship with key decision makers.
• Monitors and target competitor’s activity and make monthly synthesis and provide the reports to top management.
• Work according to Lucy switchgear internal policies and within the granted level of authority supported by the Country Sales Manager
• Adhere to Company trade compliance policies and Ethic code of conduct
Job Outline:
• Generate business profitable growth for Schneider Electric products throughout channel of Schneider’s Partners from Distributors and panel builders.
• Leading Schneider partner sales team for making sales for M.V. and L.V. switchgears.
Duties& Responsibilities:
• Make cordial relation with the customer like contractors, End-users and switchgear builders.
• Leading the sales team to generate business for Schneider Electric Product through contractors, distributors and Switchgear builders
• Manage the relation between clients and customers and the Switchgear builders
• Monitors and target competitor’s activity and make monthly synthesis and provide the reports to top management.
• Work according to Schneider internal policies and within the granted level of authority supported by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Adhere to Company trade compliance policies and Ethic code of conduct.
Job Outline:
• Generate business profitable growth for M.V and L.V products.
• Increase our market share with Authorized Panel Builders customer segment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Make cordial relation with contractors and End-users.
• Promote and generate business for our M.V. and L.V. product through contractors and End users.
• Give Technical Support on M.V and L.V switchgear to contractors and consultants.
• Manage the relation between clients and customers and the Switchgear builders.
• Monitors and target competitor’s activity and make monthly synthesis.
• Work according to Schneider internal policies and within the granted level of authority supported by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Adhere to Company trade compliance policies and Ethic code of conduct
Job Outline:
• To manage the customer orders for M.V and L.V switchgear towards meeting satisfaction from day of handing over of the order to the day of making the delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Verify the contract that signed between our sales team and contractors other related documents for completeness of information.
• launching the order process internally and externally (Acknowledgement of PO to customer).
• Monitor the job Progress on an on-going process towards meeting the project milestones and job outline objectives.
• Co-ordinate both the customer and Intra-company Interfaces as and when required.
• Initiate on course corrections to unforeseen slippage to meet the above Objective.
• Bring to management attention potential events / cases of risks towards meeting the stated objectives.
• Work towards building a cordial relationship with customer.
• Provide technical sales support to promote and develop the Building Management Systems and Control product in the construction Market to achieve Sales growth within Central Region.
• Provide Monthly Sales forecast for review of the sales performance in order to meet or exceed targets
• Provide regular monthly reports including a summary of key activities/projects, work schedules, proposal logs and competitive feedback etc.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Identify new potential customers.
• Drive the sales cycle from conceptual bid to hand over to operation with customers under the supervision of the Region Sales Manager.
• Follow-up customer opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction level is met and report internally customer’s feed-back .
• Provide regular update on the progress made against the strategic plans for each targeted customer.
• Constantly increase the knowledge of the target customers.
• Ensure visits and calls made are in accordance with a predetermined objective.
• Work according to Siemens internal policies and within the granted level of authority supported by the Regional Sales Manager.
