 Implement AMIDEAST procedures and systems.
 Handling Customer Complaints received from Call center on daily basis
 Provide high quality, consistent information on all AMIDEAST products and services to walk-in customers
 Present a professional image in all client contact accurately process registration for different services using the ProClass
 Receive payments andissue receipts and refunds as required for all AMIDEAST products and services and presenting daily cash reconciliation to Finance
 Distribute SAT scores to customers accurately.
 Handling AMIDEAST official Facebook and Instagram accounts, replying to all
messages and comments besides scheduling posts.
 The facial points of collaboration between Raya call center agency and AMIDEAST.
 Checking internal departments and client’s emails.
 Reporting workloads and tracking sales.
 Handling clients’ requests and complaints, and cash handling.
 Proactively offer AMIDEAST services and sales where suitable.
