Coordinating and collaborate closely with the PM in the preparation of the events, workshops and trainings.

Assisting the implementation of the work plan & the project activities in order toachieve determined indicators for the Action.
Communicating with the stakeholders at the national actors as needed, eff ectivelycorresponding them regarding all relevant information and developments, andcirculate documentation.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual progress donor reports.
To review and assure the quality of relevant documents, including assessments, reports, training materials, studies and advocacy materials.
Building project budget and tacking it.
Support in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
Documentation of the achievements based on the work plan, and update the facebookand other social media pages to the project regularly.
Provide general support to visitors.
Corresponding with students and emails.
Organizing company events or conferences.
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
Support Unicef’s different programs in nationwide campaigns such as Winterization, Hajati ft o formal support education, Cash Grants, and other programs).
Conduct field visits to support Monitoring & Evaluation team, by gathering information from Syrian r efugees Zaatari and Azraq camps, and in host communities, which help in evaluating, verifying, and maintaining quality data.
Highly support in responding to Syrian refugees’ requests, complaints, and feedback -through Unicef’s official hotline, serving as a frontline point to refugees’ complaints.
Provide support & answers to Syrian refugees as per guidelines, follow unicef’s referral path, ensure proper follow-up on sensitive cases and keep proper documentation in the database.
Weekly/daily reporting to management, providing the needed data analysis to
understand if any corrective measure to program design is required.
Support in information gathering concerning sensitive cases
Checking invoices to make sure that they meet the Tangoe Rivermine System standards
and requirements.
Data auditing by checking current and previous invoices and figuring out the variance
causes.
Decide the needed course of action when an invoice does not meet the required
standards.
Prepare internal training documentation and productivity reports.
- Training on Instrumental Chemical Laboratories: Assay for active ingredients using HPLC
and GC-FID Related Substances using HPLC and GC-FID
- Physical tests for pesticides like suspensibility, pH, Ec, Persistent foam, etc.
- IR Test for PVC, PP, and PE Samples.
- Preparation Samples for Pesticides residues in fruits and vegetables

I have supported all departments and programs in the Foundation (fundraising &
awareness programs),
- Psychosocial Support: providing practical, emotional and pchycosocial support for
patients(especially children) undergoing cancer treatment.
- Increase public awareness about cancer and the support needed for patients,
purchasing machines, and donating for the patient rooms, etc.
- Event Management and Logistics: Having profound knowledge about all programs in
King Hussein Cancer Foundation, I highly support in awareness/fundraising campaigns
about cancer and how to support patients financially or morally. These campaigns are
done in schools, malls, Princess Dina M ired's initiative's and private and public events.
- Health care program Dept: Community outreach(booth staff) Encourage public to enrol
in the Cancer Insurance Program; which covers cancers patients in the hospital and gives
them priority for treatment.
