Responsibilities:
Formulating the policies and procedures and internal controls for finance department and monitoring the implementation with staff thereon.
Maintaining book of accounts of the stated three companies, account receivables, account payables, bank accounts, general ledgers, project accounts. Preparing JVs, adjustment entries, LPOs, Quotations, invoices, letters and emails.
Checking daily reports, payments and receipts vouchers from restaurant and cash handling departments of the companies and controlling daily expenses and purchases to minimize cost of sales and risks.
Maintaining staff records, preparing payroll and issuing salaries through WPS.
Dealing with customers, suppliers, and other concern persons regarding accounts and finance, resolving issues through collaboration with management.
Preparing financial reports & presenting and elaborating to management.
Responsibilities:
Supervision of day to day operation, dealing with suppliers and placing order.
Making sure the processes and policies are followed by staff, cost controlling, inventory handling, day end cash handling, and customers service.

Controlling Cost, upholding revenue by utilizing facilities on maximum level and controlling a/c receivables and a/c payables.

Handling bank accounts, collecting information from all over Pakistan bank accounts and update bank ledger, reconciliation of statement monthly basis,
Handling main bank accounts, preparing cheques for day to day payments. And maintain bank finance accounts, import loans, running finance, calculating & booking interest (markup) and payment against over dues.

Handling company’s tax, tax invoicing, tax sheets update, reconciling, online returns filling.

Preparing financial reports monthly basis.
