SAGE system and updating the same in the Donation box management system &
ensuring the internal controls in place.
• Ensuring the accounting and record of website donations, and reconciliation of website
donations data with the E-government reports

• Accounting and ensuring the documentation checks for credit card transactions
• Finalizing the books of Accounts, month end closings
• Budgeting & Reporting of 3 departments viz. Operations, Outreach, Community

• VAT Returns filing, advising on VAT related transactions, documentation check and
compliance with the VAT laws, preparing VAT health check case reports.

financial position, Statement of changes in Equity.
• Capital Contribution plan preparation and presentation to the management meeting
the working capital requirements, Capital Expenditure requirements and Payroll
• Contracting with various insurance companies for Service Agreements, clause by clause
analysis of the same
• First time adoption of books of acccounts IFRS check and ensuring system
implementation of accounting data.
• Ensuring premiums are recorded in the system ensuring proper revenue recognition
• Preparation of Budgets, forecasts, feasibility studies and comparasion of planned
results with actuals and actuals with budgets
• Ensuring the filing of VAT returns and VAT accounting, documentation and compliance
check on the executive regulations
• Ensuring risk management policy and procedures in place to comply with the Insurance
Authority regulations, Broker guidelines, anti money-laundering world checks for
suspiicious transactions
• Ensuring, and co-ordination with compliance executive to submit the internal
control/audit report quarterly within the agreed timelines to the Insurance Authority
• Drafting of Company resolutions based on the discussion, documentation of decisions
• Efficient cash flow management & planning
• Seeking Supplier quotations, for office insurance and professional indeminity, Director,
officier’s liability, other office supplies.

Education: CA, CS, Mcom, CIMA-UK
Experience: 10 years
