• Games-Time Position: Venue Technology Manager (ADNEC)
• Working closely with all functional areas, venue owners, venue managers, agencies and other internal and external stakeholders to collect and coordinate technology requirements
• Creating and supervising implementation of World Games technology assets installation plan ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery
• Working closely with procurement and legal to draft, review and negotiate RFPs and contracts with suppliers
• Assist the Director of Technology and his direct reports in project management of their key initiatives in functions
• Assist with the third-party meeting scheduling, prepping the agendas, resources and presentations
Undertook Freelance translation projects for subtitling companies, websites, publishers (books and articles).
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office (organizing files & records, scheduling meetings, planning travels for management and guests, receiving incoming mail from internal department and external parties, etc.)
• Managing projects and conducting research when needed
• Drafting and updating profiles, presentations and brochures for the group of companies managed by the Chairman
• Heading communications, exhibitions, events and marketing projects for the group of companies managed by the Chairman
• Translating general documents from/to English, Arabic and French
• Translating training courses, brochures, articles, etc. from/into Arabic/English for Abu Dhabi Police specialized trainings.
• Preparing daily reports and reporting to the marketing manager and executive director.
• Preparing prequalification documents for O&G and government entities.
I • Acting as focal point with local and international authorities and clients (including Comoros government, Internal Maritime Organization and major maritime companies).
• Acting as focal point between employees in Chairman’s private companies in the Union of Comoros and in the headquarter located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Translating all legal and official documents from/into Arabic, English and French;
• Carrying out interpretation during meetings between President and General Director, and high officials;
• Assisting non-French speaking staff (interpretation, translation of technical references, and daily collaboration with Ministry of Transports).
• Managing cash flow and following up on bill payments and bank transfers.
Assisting secretary in paper work and secretarial tasks.
Assisting employees of University Library in documentation and book referencing.
