• Updates the daily status of company and rental equipment working on every sites project.
• Supports the day-to-day operations of the department, coordinating with colleagues from different project sites who require information from the data processed and analyzed.
• Collecting and preparing of required reports from different sites on daily basis.
• Check the availability of company equipment’s on every sites project.
• Prepare a request for shifting or transfer of equipment’s from one site to another.
• Prepares and request rental equipment’s for every sites if needed.
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly status reports of both rental and company equipment based on the reports of every sites.
• Sort all out the daily, weekly and monthly equipment report and file it accordingly.
