• Servicing Multinational clients like Unilever and PMI for Retail Audit data and Store Observation studies; preparing monthly sales, distribution and lost sales trackers, presentations and troubleshooting their queries on data.
• Worked on a several deep dive analyses providing comprehensive in depth market and category insights including:
o Cross category analyses to build distribution synergy in rural market
o Penetration driving SKUs & conversion towards value
o Hair Care Innovations and disruptive practices
o Collaborated with Consumer insights team to extrapolate different data sets of Brand perception, Consumer base, Switching & Awareness data on Retail audit to deliver succinct & actionable insights to client.
o Other analyses include: Rural opportunity Analysis, New Launches, Promos, Share Gain/Loss, Brand Reviews, Illicit brands life cycle and disruptive innovations ensuring client satisfaction and enabling them to design effective retail strategies
• Staying up to date with Nielsen products, services and applications which includes and trained clients and new hires. This Includes:
o Retail Audit and its application (Nielsen Answers Desktop)
o Store Observation trackers and its portal (Retail Plus)
o Retail Census & its portal (Trade Dimensions)
o Advance Analytical Consultancy
• Effectively communicating with clients to negotiate existing and new business opportunities.
• Closely working with clients to track down and utilize market opportunities/gaps
