Infrastructure Planning, Designing and construction of utilities for Housing Complex involve but not limited to Waste Water Network, Storm Water Drain Network, Potable & Fire Water Network, Irrigation Network, Electricity Network, and Telecommunication Network & Road Network Construction.

Responsibilities & Job Performed includes but not limited to,
• Commissioning of project panned task and milestones.
• Supervision of Network Shop Drawing in accordance with standard utilities section and project specifications.
• Material Inspection request and documentation.
• Construction work RFIs and Documentation.
• Quantities Estimation.
• Waste Water Management Network (includes but not limited to excavation, laying of Pipes, Construction of Manholes, testing, backfilling, House-Connection inspection chamber installation and construction according to network approved drawings and project specifications)as well as laying and installation of forcemain line.
• Waste Water Pump Station quantity estimation, construction and testing.
• Storm Water Drain Network (Includes but not limited to excavation, laying of pipes, construction of manholes and catch basins, testing, backfilling and construction of Storm Water Lift Station according to network approved drawing and project specification).
• Storm Water Lift Station Planning and Construction.
• Potable & Fire Water Network (Includes but not limited to pipe laying, gate valve, washout, air valve chamber planning and construction of Potable Water Tank and Water bore well etc.)
• Concrete test activities organizing and execution.
• Compaction Work Supervision.
• 3rd party laboratory inspection and testing organization.
• Pavement Layers mix-design co-ordination with laboratory and arranging testing and inspection during the site execution.

• Project Documentation work includes but not limited to Preparation of Civil PAT documents & Project invoicing etc.
• To supervise preparation as built drawing preparation and bar bending schedule.
• To prepare project preliminary time schedule and payment schedule.
• To provide assistance in resolving site issues.

Responsibilities:
• To design the RCC structure using computer software namely ETABS & Safe by considering UBC codes.
• To supervise finalization of Architecture and Structure plans to achieve stable structure by complying with the client requirements.
• To prepare estimation of quantities for the project in order to prepare tender document.
• To prepare preliminary time schedule using MS project to obtain project time frame.
• To carry out Site Inspectional visits to make sure the standard of work by inspecting shuttering, reinforcement and concrete works.
• To attend site meetings for communication with the client and contractors, to inspect the project work and to update the structure with respect to the meeting agenda.
• To wet bills submitted by contractor on behalf of consultant.
