• Conduct awareness sessions and guidance for process owners to strengthen understanding and application of organizational excellence
frameworks.

• Responsible for setting pricing strategy across SV network.
• Monitor, analyze, communicate & efficiently respond to competitive fare actions & market practices.
• Understand & analyze market dynamics, consumer price sensitivity & market demand.
• Develop traffic, yield & revenue evaluations for various prices scenarios for each cabin.
• Revenue Stimulation in each segment (corporate, leisure, VFR, ...) while abiding to GACA regulations.
• Play a vital role in transformation projects as a project manager of upgrades.
• Create dashboard to monitor the performance of flights / corporates agreements.
