Member of the Project Management Team specifically assigned for Monitoring and Documented the Commissioning and Startup Activities like RFI’s, Loop Checking, MCPN’s, MCAN’s, SIS Validation, Punch Verification, and Punch Closing. But later on the other duties assigned are as below:
Develop multiple formats for Centralizing data for all the instruments installed in plant.
Record day to day activities for maintenance tracking system.
Prepare and implement tracking system for loop testing punches.
Inspect SPI, HCS, and DCS extracted data sheets to prepare reports for commissioning purpose.
Generate Dashboards, Scorecards, and presentations for performance review.
Using different Modules of SAP for Inventory Management, Plant Maintenance.
Keep tracking for all the calibration equipment’s calibration certificate expiry
Designing and implementing computer systems, software and networks includes defining complex system requirements, determining system specifications, processes and working parameters.
Systems quality testing by determining functional analysis requirements and allocation.
Coordinating the implementation of software systems and consulting with clients about technical issues and software needs.
Modify existing software to upgrade interfaces, eliminate errors, add new hardware and improve performance.
Prepares reports and correspondence, such as letters or emails updating clients or employers about the project status, progress, software details or recommendations.
Coordinate with System analysts and computer programmers to analyze, install software.
Installation and deployment of Server machines for VAS services to multivendor.
Managing SQL DB for Performance Management and Business Intelligence.
Using different BI applications for Performance Management (ElegantJ BI, Microstrategy BI).
Communication with Stack Holders for all changings, upgradations in systems hardware, network equipment’s, application modifications.
Maintenance of BTS and SDH & PDH Transmission Equipment’s on more than 1000 sites including MGWs, BSCs, DWDM, Platinum, High Revenue sites.
Commissioning of all the transmission equipment’s.
E1 routing from BSC to SDH sites and to PDH sites.
Software upload & Traffic allocation (TCH, EDAP, TRX & OMU) to BTS.
PDH Ring protection using Metro Hub(Q1 management & cross connection)
Alarm monitoring from BSC.
Lock/Unlock the TRX, BTS & BCF.
Remote login of BTS & transmission equipment’s
Handle activities of Re homing & Traffic Shifting.
Troubleshooting the hardware /software problem in BTS and TX-Equipment’s
O&M activities related to expansion, migration, backup, fault management.
Check equipment’s for proper functioning & Smooth Operation of Network.
Knowledge of the BSC CARDS & their functioning. E.g. BCSU, OMU, MCMU, LANU,
Clock, Group Switch.
Cards addition and replacement of faulty cards.
Upload License files to BSC.
Physical Testing, Check the Particular sites physically for Sector and cables swap, Orientation, Tilt, Type of Antenna and all Checking at BTS end.
Drive Test to Check Coverage & Quality by analyzing Rx level, Rx quality, BER, FER Handovers, Interference, etc.
Analyzing interference, Call Drops, Handover failures, Frequent Channel reselections, Rx Quality, Rx level etc. Generating Log File Using Drive test tool (E.g. TEMS)
Designed and configured the WAN infrastructure which comprised dedicated internet connectivity bandwidth of 04 MB to department of Information Technology.
Configured the Cisco 2600 series router, Cisco 5500 Catalyst Switches, PIX firewalls, VPN 3000 concentrator to meet the maximum requirements of routing, switching and security.
Setup, installed and configured 01 MB internet connectivity to Registrar Office including configuration of clients and maintenance of LAN infrastructure.
Designed in-house label printing, imaging and scanning system for security, human resources, library and academic side purpose.
