ADNOC REFINING
currently working as CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR/ACTING SUPERVISOR on condensate distillation trains (280000BPD) it includes naphtha stabilizer, LPG SWEETNING, KEROSENE SWEETNING, fresh caustic system spent caustic neutralization, isomerate feed quality improvement units.

Previously worked in Pak Arab oil refinery
I worked in Pak-Arab refinery (PARCO) on the post of Technologist process worked as a Senior operator/DCS controller(yokogawa centum cs). PARCO is a largest refining complex (100000 BPD) of PAKISTAN. I have the experience of following units:
>SULFUR RECOVERY UNIT: 115 MT/day Capacity
SR, TGT, SSU (recently working)
>AMINE TREATING UNIT: 8618 Nm3/hr of Acid Gas using DEA as Absorbent.
>GAS CONCENTRATION & LPG RECOVERY UNIT: capacity: Naphtha 146 Nm3/hr, off gases 12800 Nm3/hr and LPG 29.81 Nm3/hr
>LPG MEROX UNIT: 29.81 Nm3/hr capacity
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Emergency Handling .START UP AND SHUTDOWN
• Controlling of process variable
• Follows the standing instructions and operating procedures.
• Co-ordinates & reports to the DCS operator & shift supervisor
• Respects work permits recommendations & Checks each signed work Permit at the site and ensure that the jobs are performed safely.
• Check of rotary equipments i.e. Lube oil/Water, seal flushing, warm up.
• Checks of stationary equip. For damage or leakage.
• Checklists filling of PSVs flare circuit, safety equip.
• Reporting any abnormality in plant.
• Hand over plant equip. / instruments for maintenance and Re commission after job completed.
• Analyze plant problems and find safe remedy.
• House keeping of plant.
• Waste handling i.e. hazardous & non haz. pyrophoric.
• Chemicals handling & injection
• Open & Close Sampling.
• Logging of log sheets & log book.
