• Develop and implement best calibration of UGT and vehicles calibration through approved vendor in the region
• Staff Competency an Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the Transport operations.
• Dealing in agreement with vendors and creating cost effective solutions for warehouse and distribution
• Job Competence of staff and on job learning by sharing ideal scenarios of industry best practices
• Develop standard SOP’s of warehouse operations
Operational HSSE Assurance
• Conduct ER drills, safety sessions with transport contractors and forecourt sites.
• Incident investigation, reporting & classification.
• HSE KPI’s reporting & monitoring.
• Site Specific HSE on retail stations across the Kingdom
