•Controls Inventory Levels by conducting Physical Counts, Reconciling with data Entry in System.

•Other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Responsible for generation of Formulation Ingredients Card through ERP system as per production plan
•Responsible for Entry of Extra Issuance in ERP System
•Responsible to maintain Inventory level of Raw Materials
•Responsible for Reconciliation of Materials
•Facilitate external and internal audit for physical stock taking
•Responsible for Location wise material list is updated in ERP System
•Preparation of Raw Material GRN and maintain Raw Materials GRN's record
Receiving the daily Batch from the Dispensing Area
•Monitors drugs manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of cGMP
•Ensure proper cleaning, utilization and maintenance of equipments
•Maintaining the Basic Production Record
•Maintaining Calibration and Cleaning Record including all equipment
•Responsible for the Production of Dextrose Department
•Handled at-least 18 workers and have a good co-ordination between them
•Responsible for all the documentation required during Production
•Responsible for sending product samples to QC
