Key Deliverables:-
•Manufacturing of static equipments like IBR Boilers, steam distribution header, heat exchanger and pressure
Reducer system.
•Plans, schedule and assures completion of jobs.
•Completion of job, prepare packing list of equipment and dispatched the equipments with all accessories.
•Finalizing of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and verification against installed equipment.
•Static equipment inspection - check listing liquidation follow up.
•Rotary equipment inspection-check listing liquidation by foundation level checking, alignment checking.
•Site installation and commissioning of equipment.
•Operation and Maintenance of Electrical and control panel wiring to field equipment wiring.
•Operation and maintenance of IBR Boilers and pressure reducer system.
• Planning, execution, installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical and Mechanical systems.
•Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve run time.
•Develop and revive production plan with director for approval.
•Monitor execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion.
•Plan machines/equipments, material and man power requirements to execute job orders.
•Plan inventory management process to avoid shortage and excesses.
•Monitor production progress and ensure that final product that meets quality standards and customers specifications.
•Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences.
•Plan, organize and supervise for execution of construction activities of the projects according to the schedules.
•Monitor, update and coordinate project site performance against detailed schedules.
•Update and preparation of work procedures related to the construction of Projects.
Look after whole site for the Installation, Fabrication & Inspection of Process Piping & Erection of complete Boiler Plant.
•Preparation of (B.O.Q) & (B.O.M) as per drawing for supply of Equipments & Materials.
• Maintain material issuance requisition and material inspection reports.
•Leveling & Alignment of boilers and other equipments with final grouting.
•Identification and Inspection of Piping and Structure material with their Specifications, Codes & Standards.
•Responsible for the Inspection of Insulation on Piping for hot lines of Gas.
•Maintain Daily, Weekly and monthly Progress Reports. Familiar for Quality Inspection Plan.
•Preparation of Equipments, Steel Structure, & piping inspection reports.
•Documentation and office management. Coordination with client for related project matters.
•To prepare the sketches of as built of Isometric Drawings of Tie in hot job.
•Responsible for the Fabrication and Erection of Fire Water Storage Tank and Potable Water Tank.
Dealing with client for the Quality Control Inspection of tanks and prepare inspection reports & Progress reports and (QC) Documents. Knowledge of Tank Construction drawings. Non Destructive Testing (N.D.T) Radiographic Inspection, Magnetic particle Inspection.
•Calculation of material & Total Weight of material from drawing.
•Handling over all material regarding to the project, and maintain Progress Report on daily basis.
•Responsible for Erection, Fabrication and Installation of Oil and Gas Field Vessels, Equipments like,
•Heat exchangers (Feed water tank, Daerator tank, other tanks) with final grouting.
•Good knowledge of Nozzle Orientation Drawings, Piping Layout and (P&IDs.)
•Installation, Fabrication and Inspection of (Process Piping) carbon steel, stainless steel and galvanize piping.

•Carry out incoming inspection, stage wise inspection and final inspection of the products.
•Handle customer visit to stamp and verify the raw material as well as stage wise and final product inspection like air test, Hydro test.

Key Deliverables:
•Taking out Quantity survey of the materials needed through daily production of PRESSURE VESSELS COMPONENTS.
•Manpower planning, planning for production targets.
•Identification of areas for improvement & recommending modification to enhance operation efficiency for smooth flow.
•Monitoring and analyzing action plan against rework, rejection, and downtime.
•Monitoring and imparting training to workmen for good housekeeping, awareness of quality, industrial safety and policy.
•Coordinating with store department, vendor people, buyers and dispatch section officer regarding schedules of raw materials and finish goods arrival and dispatch.
•Responsible for Planning of manufacturing of pressure vessels.
•Planning for the requirement of tools, fixtures for holing bracket on Accumulator, receiver and oil separator.
•To Control In-house Rejection PPM in all types of components.
•To Control & handle customer complaints all types of components
•To Ensuring Final product layout inspection.
•Monitoring & Ensuring Validation of pressure vessels Jigs & Fixtures.
•Monitoring Calibration or inspection of new incoming fixtures as per new product Development plan.
•Jigs & fixtures availability & inventory control.
•Faced Customer Audit and ISO audit Independently.
Involvement & other activities:-
•Involvement in FMEA Updating Team for Process improvements. (Updation of process flow diagram, control plans, inspection standards, work instructions, standard operating processes, and Visual limit displays.)
•Involvement in Customer Complaints Resolution (To discuss & Implementation of Containment, Corrective & Preventive Actions, 7 QC Tools & Problem solving Techniques, Kaizens).
•Involvement in 5s system, related to jigs & fixtures identification, storage location & availability.
•Team member of Zero PPM Team (ZPT).
