Responsibilities
• Leading the planning team and responsible of all functions and activity related to Planning from order acceptance and confirmation, extrusion/bag making/shipment planning and communicating with customer or sales rep with the assistance of planning team.
• Prepare master production plan
(1) Factory wise ( EXT and BM)
(2) Weekly target assignment to each department for each product
(3) Weekly update every Tuesday target vs actual
• Communicate with Customer / Sales Rep.
(1) Acknowledge of PO's
(2) Proforma invoice issuance, production schedule confirmation and dispatch confirmation
(3) Weekly shipment update
• Capacity booking / order forecasting
(1) Provide order booking for next 3 month to management Factory wise ( EXT and BM)
(2) Effectively communicate with sales team in order to utilize maximum capacity and to move volume out of the plant.

(1) 100% on time delivery
(2) Maximize capacity booking
(3) Minimize change order plan in Extrusion
(4) Zero product running without carton in conversion
(5) All SO are plugged in master schedule with 24 hours of order confirmation to avoid order missed from system.999

Responsibilities
• To plan, organize, manage and control the day-to-day operations of the inventory control department.
• Regular Liaison with Commercial, Purchase, Testing and Production Departments for on time completion of orders and other quires.
• To plan, update and implementation of Store layout plans.
• To plan and update Minimum, Reorder and Maximum stock levels and plan monthly forecast of material keep in view reorder level.
• To responsible Demand and Supply Management "Demand Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Management & Material Distribution."
• To make identification and classification of material according to nature of material.
• To ensure proper Storage and placement of material according to type of material.
• To ensure the control of Shelf life items.
• To ensure proper entries of all type transaction of material in ERP (Oracle) system.
• To generate all type of reports through ERP system with the help of MS Excel.
• To ensure implementation of First in First out & Last in Last out and Weighted average (FIFO/LIFO) where applicable.
• Physical stock verification audits & Material assessment on Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly basis.
• To ensure implementation of all safety and security measures of materials & Stores.
• Taking care of all Store equipment, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance.
• Establish and attain the performance standards, performance goals and any incentive pay programs that relate to the Inventory Control team.
• Define the Inventory Control department's staffing and scheduling requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and manage standard operating procedures (SOP's) related to inventory adjustments, inventory movement, count procedures and other related Inventory Control processes.
• Develop and achieve quantitative goals for each of the Inventory Control Organizational areas related to productivity, payroll and expense control.
• Provide monthly management reports and analysis for inventory accuracy.
• To prepare department wise Material Consumption report and send to Corporate Office for working on Profit & Loss on monthly basis.
• Achieve company goals pertaining to inventory record accuracy (IRA), expired products, product damage & inventory shrink.
