• Managing all processes and functions within a busy warehouse.
• Managing a team of up to 30 employees within the warehouse.
• Maintaining high standards of materials handling.
• Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability.
• Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.
• Using automated computer systems to monitor stock control.
• Producing incident and performance reports for senior managers.
• Making sure that all freight receipts and deliveries are carried out in time.
• Scheduling work & rotas to meet fluctuations in staffing levels & workloads.
• Updating & maintaining computerised & paper based administrative records.
• Responsible for the disciplinary & grievance procedures.
• Responsible for the routine operations of the Procurement and Logistics Department, ensuring that it works with and delivers efficient and effective logistics support to the emergency response team.
• Supply chain management and the monitoring/follow-up of field logistics systems to ensure that standard policies and procedures are followed
Responsible for creating demand for the sales team along with Business development through on-line marketing and digital marketing it includes email marketing, social media marketing (Creating Hype on social networks) for B2B industry, Search engine optimization for En Pointe Also managing En Pointe Technologies marketing campaigns along with their Vendors, Microsoft, Cisco, Adobe, Symantec and Hp with the help of CRM (Salesfusion) and with other internet tools like Share Point, SAP, Jigsaw and also managing their webinars (GotoMeeting.com), Physical Events as a Event coordinator.
• Liaising with client to ascertain their precise event requirements
• Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. time lines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations and budgets)
• Manufacturing spotlights
• Online marketing activities
• Maintain CRC Pages/landing pages
• Working on sales fusion marketing tools
• Create and maintain client's collateral brochures
• Generating statistical reports
• Monthly report on google analytics (SEO/SMM)
• Conducting Survey
• Creating Email Invites
• Assigning leads that are generated from different marketing channels (Marketing Events, Web Portal, Third Party Contacts) to their appropriate Account Executives.
• Ensuring that only quality leads are assigned.Following up on leads with Account Executive in converting it into sales.
• Providing leads report to manager about the opportunities converted into sales.
• Working with both Marketing and Sales team and providing them the appropriate information.
